据IT认证考试资源网报道从2006年7月17日开始思科认证的CCIE VOICE Lab考试将增加Cisco Unity Express Network Module，同时路由器IOS软件版本升级为12.4 (3a)，其他软件版本如下：

• Cisco CallManager 4.1 (3) with latest SR
• Cisco Unity 4.0 (5)
• Cisco Unity Express 2.1 (2)
• Cisco Customer Response Server /IP Contact Center Express 4.0 (1)

届时CCIE VOICE Lab考试具体设备和IOS软件版本参考：

Lab Equipment and IOS Version

• MCS 7835 Call Manager/CRS Servers
• MCS 7835 Unity Server
• Catalyst 6503
• 3725 Routers (WAN, Gatekeeper, Gateway, PSTN Emulation)
• 2651XM H.323 Gateway
• VG248 Analog Phone Gateway
• ATA186 Analog Telephone Adapters
• Catalyst 3550 with inline power

• Cisco Unity Express (Will be tested after July 17th, 2006)

Software Versions

Any major release of Call Manager, Unity or CRS that has been generally available for six months is eligible for testing in the CCIE Voice lab exam.

• All routers use IOS version 12.2 (including 12.2T and 12.2ZJ) (Will be upgraded to 12.4(3a) after July 17th, 2006)
• Catalyst 3550 series switches use IOS version 12.1EA
• CCM version 3.3X (Will be upgraded to 4.1.3 after July 17th, 2006)
• Unity version 4.0X (Will be upgraded to 4.0.5 after July 17th, 2006)
• CRS version 3.0X (Will be upgraded to 4.0.1 after July 17th, 2006)
