外籍考生在中国大陆参加微软认证考试的政策

本文简介：日前中国普尔文考试中心根据微软的规定，从4月1日起对于在中国Prometric APTC参加微软认证考试的外国人及来自台湾地区的考生，都需要向微软提交证明文件，证明该考生确在中国后，方可为考生注册和安排考试。

日前中国普尔文考试中心根据微软的规定，从4月1日起对于在中国Prometric APTC参加微软认证考试的外国人及来自台湾地区的考生，都需要向微软提交证明文件，证明该考生确在中国后，方可为考生注册和安排考试。

据IT认证考试资源网介绍普尔文考试中心的这项规定可能是为了避免中国考生利用微软考试费用优惠政策替国外考生代考的事情发生而制定的！

普尔文考试中心的具体的操作流程如下：

1、如果有外国考生到考场报名，请出示下面英文通知给考生，并记录其联系方式，以便在审核通过后通知考生来注册和考试；
2、如果遇到事先已在2test上注册并直接来考试的外国考生，请向考生出示下面的英文通知: 按微软规定未取得微软事先批准的考生不能注册和参加考试。然后向普尔文提供关于这件事的站点报告。考生需要向微软提交申请，如获微软批准普尔文会通知考场为考生做考试改期。

请严格执行此规定，任何违规的考场将被视情节取消微软考试授权直至关闭考场。

In order to better address security issues regarding the issue of proxy testing in China, Microsoft now requires the following information for all candidates who are not residents of China and wish to take Microsoft exams at Prometric testing center in China.

The candidate must email the following information to mlsecure@microsoft.com:

A. Scanned copy of the candidate’s passport including (考生的护照扫描件，包括：)

a. Page which displays the candidate’s picture (护照首页带照片)
b. Stamped visa that displays the candidate’s entry into China(盖有在中国入境章的签证页)

B. Complete the following information:

1. Candidate's Name(考生姓名)
2. Country of Citizenship(考生国籍)
3. Address and contact details in origin country(国外的居住地址和联系方式)
4. Temp Address and contact details in China (在中国的临时居住地址和联系方式)
5. Courses Registered , if applicable(参加学习过的微软课程)
6. Duration ( 课程期限)
7. Start date of course(课程开始的时间)
8. End date of course(课程结束的日期)
9. Expected date(s) of taking exam(期望参加考试的日期)
10. Test Center Location Code(期望参加考场的代码)

After getting Microsoft approval, candidates will be informed to register and taking test. If you havn't got notice one week after submitting application, you can contact 010-82617799-6500.
