How long does it take for get the materials once I have purchased them online?

According to your location, usually within 1 - 3 days for FEDEX(Federal Express) mail, and 7- 15 day for general post. Please understand that due to heavy workload in our company, we need to deal with every order carefully. We will contact you as long as the credit card is approved (normally under 6 hours). If you don't receive our any responses within 24 hours, it is most probable that your email account does not work properly. Please send us another email with a new email address.
