Microsoft Discounting MCDST Exams and Courses
In a move to convince more people new to IT to achieve Microsoft's
first certification aimed specifically at the help desk, Microsoft
has lowered the price for testing and courses related to these two
Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician exams:
Exam 70-271, "Supporting Users and Troubleshooting a Microsoft
Windows Desktop Operating Systems"
Exam 70-272, "Supporting Users and Troubleshooting Desktop
Applications on a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System"
Until August 31, 2004, Microsoft is lowering the price of exams
worldwide by 20%, from $125 to $100 USD.
The deadline for getting a 20% discount on the two courses related
to exams 70-271 and 70-272, courses 2261 and 2262, is tighter and
only available in the U.S. The courses, which normally retail at
most U.S. CTECs at $1800 USD, must be completed by June 28, 2004.
